HOW TO SHOP

Prices and the 'buy' button for all products is shown below the images and product description.

Click on the 'buy' button for the product you want , this will add your choice to your shopping basket, and display the contents of the basket. you can continue shopping, which will return you to your last page, or proceed to the checkout if you want to purchase. select the delivery option you require before proceeding.

If you wish to purchase more than one of the same item, alter the quantity shown (default is always '1') to the amount required. if you want to check the contents of your basket at any stage, just click on the 'view basket' icon on the banner of each page.

If you want to remove any item from the basket before purchasing, click on the 'remove item' button next to that item. this will remove it from your shopping basket.

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, proceed by clicking on the 'order now' button. this will take you to the order confirmation page, where you will need to supply your name and address, optional alternative delivery details, and payment details.

HOW TO PAY

When you are ready to purchase, check the contents of your shopping basket. if you are happy to proceed then provide your invoice and delivery details in the form provided. You must include your name, address, postcode, contact number and e-mail address. If the goods are to be delivered to a different address then please provide these details in the form provided.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards:

VISA; VISA debit cards; Mastercard; Switch/Maestro; Solo; Checkout

You can also proceed through to checkout, and either make payment by phone or opt to pay by invoice.

Our Customer Service Department will call to take payment over the phone. You will be charged for the goods at this point, and in the event of any unexpected delay we will contact you. We will refund any payment if you require us to do so at this stage if the delay is longer than quoted.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may change or cancel an order up to the point it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched you will have to return the order to us and you will be liable for the return postage.

TELEPHONE ORDERS
You can call us to place an order if you would prefer, or alternatively you can place your order online and select the option to 'pay by phone. this will save you having to provide address details by phone, and means all we will need to do is take payment details by phone. Call us on 01722 439540
