Dept of Health Long Term Conditions Strategy - Comments invited
Wed 16th May, 2012The Department of Health is asking people to comment on what should be covered by the cross-government long term conditions strategy.
The Department of Health are drafting the strategy <http://www.dh.gov.uk/health/2012/05/ltcstrategy/> at the moment and plan to publish it towards the end of this year. The strategy will be a high level vision, describing how we want to see improvements in the lives of people with long term conditions.

Preventing falls
Wed 8th Jun, 2011Whilst the ODFS® has been shown to reduce trips and falls, it did not help long-term user Chris Burns avoid a fall last week (June 3).

Taking off from Old Sarum airfield in Salisbury, Chris and members of the Horsham branch of the MS Society celebrated World MS Week with a Skydive from 10,000 feet, freefalling for around 30 seconds.
Chris, who has been using an ODFS® for over 10 years, decided that he wanted to show that for him life doesn't stop.
New Website Launched today

Published January 28, 2009 the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) have issued an interventional procedures guidance for Functional Electrical Stimulation for drop foot of central neurological origin advising that;
